How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Savedcontracts Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Savedcontracts Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

The providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Savedcontracts Septic cannot settle contract disputes, return money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@savedcontracts.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
